Happy Veterans Day!
As we do each year on November 11, today, American citizens from all across the country will join together in honoring the many men and women who have served our country as members of the armed forces. We at the Law Office of D. Hardison Wood want to take a moment to extend our own special “thank you” to our nation’s heroes, showing our appreciation for the great and noble sacrifices each has made on behalf of our country.
How will you be celebrating Veterans Day? This Saturday, North Carolina’s official 2013 Veteran’s Day Parade took place in downtown Raleigh, along with a wreath-laying ceremony near the Capitol grounds. The national Veterans Day celebration extends on into today, and we hope military personnel all throughout the state are able to enjoy this day of honor fully. In the words of former president John F. Kennedy:
“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” — President John F. Kennedy
Our experts proudly serve military personnel with various legal needs, including Tricare Liens. We encourage any veterans and current members of the armed forces in N.C. to contact us for help or assistance with legal concerns today.
Once again, Happy Veterans Day to all who have served our great nation. Thank you for your courage, your patriotism and your dedication to promoting the greater good. We salute you!
